Receptions & Celebrations
- Room hire up to 5 hours is $150. -$75 per hour exceeding 5 hours will be applicable.
* ALL EVENTS & FUNCTIONS MUST CEASE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE VENUE CLOSING. * ALL BAR SERVICE AT YOUR EVENT WILL CEASE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO EVENT CONCLUSION.
Bond, Security & Payment
Your event may be applicable for a bond. Bond is $300 and is fully refundable the next business day after your event, providing there is no damage to any club facilities caused by your event or your guests.
If you are required to pay a bond for your event, this bond and costs of security officer/s must be paid no later then 14 days before your event.
Club policy states that all 21st Birthday celebrations require Security Guard/s for the duration of the event (Min x 3hrs). Security will also be required at events deemed appropriate by the Club. The number of security personnel required is subject to the number of guests in attendance.
You are responsible for the cost of security for your event at a rate of $45/hr for the duration of your event. Security personnel are contracted by the Club and will report to and are to be directed by club staff only. If for any reason your event time is extended you will be required to pay
additional security costs.
To confirm and secure your event booking, room hire cost must be paid. Your booking will be tentatively held for 14 days without payment. If room hire payment is not received within 14 days from time of booking then your tentative booking will be cancelled.
Any remaining charges owing must be paid no later then 7 days prior to your event along with confirmation of the number of guests attending.
Cancellation fees may apply if less than 21 days notice is given if you cancel your event.
When paying a deposit & securing your event date, you are required to complete both the event declaration and booking information forms provided. Your event declaration may be submitted electronically by completing the form at www.theentranceevents.com.
The venue reserves the right to withhold any deposits and cancel your event without notice if all monies are not paid in full by the date required.
Food & Beverage
No food items other than a celebratory cake or lollies for a candy buffet are to be brought onto club premises. You are obligated to inform events staff if you are bringing these food items to your event.
Should you require special meals, please notify the Events Manager at least 72 hours prior to your event. Meal requirements of this nature cannot be produced on demand unless specifically ordered prior to your event.
If your function involves the service of alcohol to your guests, it is our responsibility to advise you of our policy in regard to the responsible service of alcohol.
Legal requirements prevent our staff from serving alcohol to: Any person who is intoxicated Any person who is behaving in a disorderly manner Any person who is under 18 years of age (photo ID may be requested) Any person buying alcohol for under 18’s
All persons patronising our venue are to act in a responsible manner. Persons who display any anti-social behaviour may be removed from our premises. We request that your guests are advised of these requirements.
Heavy fines are in place for minors who obtain alcohol on licensed premises to both the venue and individual. Sufficient photo identification must be produced to provide evidence of age. Fines are also in place for people who purchase or supply minors with alcohol.
The venue reserves the right to terminate any event where poor conduct is observed by staff & management. If your event is terminated, any applicable bond paid by the event holder will be forfeited
General and normal cleaning is included in the cost of the room hire charge, however additional charges may be payable if the event has created cleaning needs above and beyond normal cleaning. You are responsible to conduct the event in an orderly manner. The venue management team reserves the right to intervene if an events activities are considered illegal, noisy or offensive.
The event holder is financially responsible for any damage to club property by event guests in any area of the premises
